Rental Policies

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm on the day you are scheduled to arrive. Checkout time is by 10:00 am on the day you are due to depart.

Maximum occupancy is 9.

Smoking and pets are NOT allowed.

Deposits and Payment

To guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the rental cost at the time the reservation is made or within 7 days if paying by check. We must receive the balance at least 120 days prior to your arrival date. (If reservation is made within 120 days of your arrival, 100% deposit is due at the time of reservation).

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Novus/Discover cards, Cashiers Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order. Checks should be made payable to: Lodging Resources. We require a credit card number to be held as a security deposit for any extra cleaning required or damages to our home, furnishings or equipment.

Refunds and Cancellations

Should your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, be sure to contact us to ensure a refund of the deposit paid. Cancellation of reservations less than 120 days prior to arrival date will result in the loss of the entire deposit.
